Development, Design and Product Management in the Engage product!
Voyado Engage is a CDP, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation platform - all in one. We enable our customers to communicate with their customers in a relevant and personalized way.
We are divided into different product areas, with a couple of teams in each area. Inspired by Marty Cagans Empowered Teams, we strive to build an organization where our development teams are brought problems to solve and empowered to decide how to best build a solution, always in collaboration with Product Management and designers.
This means at Voyado, you as a Developer, will have a great opportunity to really make a difference and contribute to what we build.
Keeping up with new tools and technology is crucial at a time when the release of new languages and tools happens almost daily. We know it can be overwhelming, and especially if you're working with technology - but have a life outside of work which doesn't allow for you to lab around and innovate. That's why we have freaky Fridays and Guilds on different topics, as we believe sharing knowledge and having room for innovation is key.

Are you more esthetically inclined - we are known for our user-friendly apps! Feel like being the best at AI, Cloud, Databases, Statistics, or Serverless? We got that too 👩💻 Except for working with really fun tech, we get to do it in an environment that is low-key, super friendly, and supportive with some of the nicest colleagues around ⭐️
